We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

ALL products sold by GreyMatter Biologics LLC are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Our products are:

4. Geographic Restrictions
We ship within the United States only. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the products you order are legal to purchase, possess, and use in your state and locality. Orders placed from states or localities where such products are restricted or prohibited may be cancelled at our discretion.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:
- The product you received was materially different from what was ordered
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- There was an error on our part in fulfilling the order
In qualifying cases, we may offer a replacement product at our discretion. To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to request the return of the original product before issuing a replacement.
